Welcome to Licking County D.A.R.T.
The goal of DART is to assist first responders and animal owners in the event of a disaster or emergency situation.
DART works with the Red Cross and local rescue groups to provide Pet Shelters in the event a disaster occurs and a Red Cross shelter is opened.
DART has trained teams to go into a disaster zone to rescue pets left behind.
DART can help in hording or animal cruelty cases.
DART falls under the direct command of Licking County C.E.R.T. and the Licking County Office of Emergency Management Homeland Security.
